  3. Crockpot Chicken Tacos – Salsa + chicken breasts + seasoning. Shred after 6 hours.

  4. Baked Pesto Chicken – Chicken breasts + pesto + mozzarella, bake and serve with salad.

  5. Sheet Pan Fajitas – Chicken or steak + peppers + onions + seasoning. Toss & roast.

  6. Mini Turkey Meatloaves – Bake in a muffin tin, serve with green beans, corn, or mashed potatoes.

  7. Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowls – High protein, no crust, totally kid-approved.

  8. Breakfast for Dinner – Eggs, Kodiak pancakes, turkey bacon. Always a hit.

  9. Spaghetti Squash + Meat Sauce – Light, filling, and sneaky healthy.

  10. DIY Wrap Night – Low-carb tortillas, chicken and beef, cheese, and chopped veggies.

  11. Buffalo Chicken Bowls – Canned chicken, buffalo sauce, cottage cheese, lettuce.
